Mr. Nie is specialized in valuation of business, assets, and financial instruments.  He has managed and participated the valuation of companies in multiple industries, including pharmaceutical, technology, telecommunications, financial services, industrial production, and natural resources.

Mr. Nie has provided fairness opinion for clients’ transactions in Asia, North America, and Europe. He also served as auditors’ expert in financial reporting related valuation in preferred shares, stock compensation, long-term investments, and public companies’ goodwill impairment tests.
