Nam is a finance professional with growing expertise in business valuation and forensic accounting. As an Analyst at Kalex, he supports engagements involving valuation modeling, financial analysis, and litigation support. His work includes preparing financial statements, building valuation models across multiple methodologies, and contributing to forensic investigations involving complex financial disputes.
Before joining Kalex, Nam gained experience in audit, public‑sector finance, and academic research. He previously worked at Deloitte in Audit & Assurance Intern, supported financial consolidation and budgeting as a Co-op at the Ontario Treasury Board Secretariat, and conducted risk analysis research at the Risk and Insurance Studies Centre.
Nam holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from York University, where he earned multiple academic awards including Dean’s List recognition. He has passed the CFA Level I exam, is a candidate for CFA Level II, and has completed Level I of the CBV designation. With strong analytical skills, hands‑on experience, and a commitment to continuous learning, Nam brings thoughtful insight and dedication to his work at Kalex.
